Cam’s senior previews are here! 🎣📸

If you asked Cam before the session if he wanted senior pictures, the answer probably would’ve been “not really.” But fishing? Now that was something he could get behind. Instead of forcing smiles or awkward poses, we built this session around who he really is, and I think that’s what made these portraits so strong.

This session is proof that great senior portraits don’t always need a big smile in every image. Sometimes personality, attitude, and simply being comfortable in your own element tell the story even better. Of course, we still managed to sneak in a few smiles to make mom happy too. 😄

One of the most special moments of the evening was when Cam took a few pictures with his little sister. Watching from just out of frame, you could tell those images meant the world to both his mom and grandma. Moments like that are always about so much more than just a photograph.

Claire’s senior previews are finally here! 🎓✨

It’s hard to believe this was her 9th and final senior session. Over the past year I’ve had the chance to capture so many sides of Claire’s personality, style, and senior year journey, and this final session felt like the perfect ending to it all. She absolutely owned every moment in front of the camera from beginning to end.

One of the sweetest parts of the session was taking a few portraits with her little brother, who had just graduated from preschool. Seeing the two of them together, celebrating completely different milestones at the same time, made these images even more meaningful for their family. 📸💛

Final senior session previews for Alyssa are here! What an incredible way to wrap up her senior portrait journey. Between the beautiful portraits, lots of laughs, and the many adorable faces from her daughter Oaklynn, this session was extra special from start to finish. Moments like these are what make senior year memories so meaningful, and I’m so thankful I got to capture this chapter for them both. ✨📸

Drew’s senior previews are here! 📸

Today’s session was an absolute blast. We started out in front of the school capturing some classic senior portraits before heading on a little adventure around town searching for the perfect street sign to finish the session off right. Sometimes the best images come from exploring and getting creative, and Drew was all in for it.

We also pulled out his uncle’s now “vintage” varsity jacket for a few photos, and honestly, it photographed just as great as a brand new one. I love incorporating little pieces of family history and personality into sessions like this.

One of my favorite parts of the session was photographing some of Drew’s favorite toys from when he was a baby. The same toys that once seemed huge in his little hands now looked tiny beside him, a pretty special reminder of just how fast these senior year moments really come.

From laid back smiles to some awesome urban-style shots, this session had a little bit of everything and really fit his personality perfectly. I can’t wait to share more from this fun senior session soon! Broadway, Virginia

Jenna’s senior previews are finally here, and what a beautiful day we had together! 🌸

Between the gorgeous flowers, warm sunshine, and peaceful park scenery, everything came together perfectly for a session full of smiles, laughter, and stunning portraits. Jenna made every spot look effortless, and I love how natural and bright these images feel.

Sessions like this are a reminder that sometimes simple locations and beautiful light create pure magic. Huge thank you to Massanutten Produce LLC for the use of their stunning flowers this evening!

here’s something about small town country charm that just fits a senior session perfectly. For Claire’s senior previews this weekend, we leaned into that rustic vibe with a stop at the local co-op, towering feed silos, and some abandoned train tracks that added the perfect touch of character and texture to her session.

From soft smiles to confident country girl energy, Claire absolutely owned every location. I love creating senior portraits that feel personal and unique, and these spots fit her style so naturally.

I can’t wait to share more from this amazing session soon!

Michaela’s prom portraits this afternoon were anything but ordinary, and that’s exactly what made them perfect for her. She wanted something different, somewhere no one else was taking prom photos, so we leaned fully into her personality and creativity. From a forgotten car graveyard to an actual cemetery, every location told part of her story in the most unique way.

The rust, texture, and dramatic skies gave us such an incredible backdrop, but Michaela absolutely stole the show everywhere we went. Confident, fearless, and completely herself. Honestly, I think the residents watching the second half of the session probably got a kick out of seeing her shine among the headstones this evening.

Definitely one of the most unforgettable prom sessions I’ve photographed in a long time.

Luray High School Class of 2026 senior banners are in! This has been a year long process. As a business in the community I want to give back to the seniors where I can. I didn’t want any senior to be without a beautiful portrait to commemorate this milestone. So I offered free mini sessions on four separate weekends. Almost 100 seniors took advantage of this, not just from LHS but Page County High School as well.

I am so happy that LHS PTSO asked me to print the LHS banners again this year. Keeping it in our community, in our county, is what supporting one another is all about. Thank you to luraycaverns for their support of these banners as well as the location to showcase them.

Congratulations Class of 2026. It has been an honor to be on this journey with you and to capture portraits that will last generations. You are amazing, and you matter.

Cason’s session may have only been an hour, but we packed a lot into it.

Fast-paced, high energy, and then it got even better… his Granddad pulled up in a cherry red 1968 Ford Mustang.

You can’t plan moments like that, and honestly, that’s what makes sessions like this so special. A mix of personality, family, and a little bit of legacy all in one frame.

Definitely one I won’t forget.
