You’re seeing this post because I have photographed a moment in your life that was special, or you followed me for support. Or maybe you wanted to reach out and never did. I just want to give a big THANK YOU to everyone that hired me, supported, followed me, or just been there.

I have officially transitioned out of photography and concentrating purely on the camera store, . I hope to find the peace, comfort, and inspiration that I held so dear to my heart when I started photography school just 11.5 years ago.

I appreciate you all and so grateful and honored to be trusted with the moments in your life!

Soon, you will see my page completely disappear. My Instagram will fully concentrate on my film work, might throw some digital in there. We will see.

Fall is among us and so glad! That means fall sessions! 🍂

Last week, I found out that I need my gallbladder removed. I won’t have this done until mid November. I am not offering mini sessions per se, but rather small sessions. I do have to take it easy so instead of a lot of sessions, I’m minimizing how much I take on to ensure that I don’t take on too much.

Dates that I have available are October 19th and November 9th. Seasons are 25 mins for $150. Digital images sent via web gallery. Will not limit images for downloads. Location is Shelby Bottoms. $50 to hold your time and date.

Never in a million years did I think I would post this so early in my photo career. And I just rebranded and everything too. But I am officially letting go of being a pro photographer.

These last 11 years have been amazing. Photography has opened up so many opportunities for me. I met my husband through the mutual love of photography. Photography led to us opening an amazing film store that is doing amazing. I have met great people and have made new friends. However, the industry has made me weary in general.

My husband and are going to concentrate on . We have lots of ideas and plans coming up, as well as our 1 year anniversary since we have been opened.

I am still booking until the end of the year, so don’t be afraid to reach out until then. But next year, I won’t be taking any bookings. And you never know, I might just take a year or two break to re-evaluate.

I appreciate all of you that have been so great and have supported me. Your generosity has been so much appreciated.

It’s bittersweet to close this chapter, but I am looking forward to opening a new chapter in life. I’m ready to embrace what this new change will bring to myself and to .taylr

It’s always an honor to capture special events, but it’s even more special when it’s someone that you grew up with. I have been photographing and family for 13 years (but we have known each other so much longer than that). From when she was little to now she is having a baby. This spot is also super special to this couple. Love this shot from my Nikon point and shoot.
