Bo***ir was never really only about “looking sexy.”
At least not to me.
Over the years, I’ve watched these sessions become a space where people reconnect with themselves in ways they didn’t expect. Sometimes that looks confident and bold. Sometimes it looks quiet, emotional, playful, vulnerable, grounded, messy, or soft.
For so many people, being photographed isn’t actually about vanity.
It’s about visibility.
It’s about unlearning shame.
It’s about existing in their body right now instead of waiting to become someone else first.
I wrote a new blog post about the deeper side of bo***ir photography, body image, and why this work means so much to me.
If that resonates with you, you can read it here:
A Nashville bo***ir photographer sharing a body-affirming, inclusive approach to bo***ir photography rooted in emotional honesty, creativity, visibility, and self-acceptance.
