I like to think my specialty is in capturing emotion. Capturing a moment. That brief pause between inhale and exhale that speaks volumes. Where all the pretense falls away and all that's left is you!

I try not to just pose a body, but to create a space for the person in front of my lens to finally be seen. Find her confidence, strength, and beauty. Where she can find her own version of intimacy.

Give yourself permission to love yourself on good days and bad.

Give your body the appreciation it deserves for all the hard work it does to keep you going.
