☕️😴 Monday mood: still trying to figure out if we're in the "No Wake Zone" or the "Full Speed Ahead" zone.

If you're easing into the week one cup of coffee at a time, you're not alone.

Around here, Mondays are best handled with a slow start, cozy spaces, and a reminder that not everything has to happen at once. Sometimes the best thing you can do is take a deep breath, make your to-do list, and tackle one thing at a time.

Although if this room is involved, I might be tempted to ignore the alarm and stay in the no wake zone a little longer. 😏

🚿✨ Self-care isn't selfish. It's necessary.

Life gets busy. Between work, family, errands, and everything else competing for our attention, it's easy to put ourselves last on the list.

But sometimes self-care doesn't have to be a spa day or a weekend getaway. Sometimes it's an extra-long shower, your favorite playlist, a quiet cup of coffee before everyone wakes up, a walk outside, an early bedtime, or simply taking a few minutes to breathe.

Whatever it looks like for you, consider this your reminder to make time for it.

As for me, I'm a big fan of the occasional "everything shower." You know the one. The full reset. 😌
