I found this notice on the SAG-AFTRA web site,
Don't Add SSNs to Vouchers!
"We have been advised that SAG-AFTRA members who work background jobs are sometimes still being asked to write their Social Security Number on vouchers. Members should know that they are not required to provide their Social Security Number on vouchers, only on their W-4 or I-9 forms. SAG-AFTRA staff regularly reminds casting and production companies of this fact, but the information does not always filter down to production assistants and others. If you encounter a problem, feel free to speak to a SAG-AFTRA field representative on set.

FYI, I just heard from my niece a SAG-AFTRA member in NYC that the production she is working has shut down because of "concern for your safety." She was heading into the city from the suburbs for a fitting, and was received a text instructing her to "stay at home until you hear from us."

"Tribute to My Big Brother" Leroy E Boyd who passed away 1-28-20. Jay Lloyd Productions is proud to honor his memory by posting this photo circa: 1944, on our cover page.
I lost my big brother Tuesday night. He was my inspiration, the one I always looked up to, tried to emulate, be as good as, but never could. He was a talented accountant, loving son, brother, husband and father, as well as sprinter in high school and college. He was part of a 4x220 relay team that established a school record at Syracuse University in 1961 that remains unbroken. He exhibited a larger than life personality with an infectious smile. You never had to guess when he was around. He would fill a room with fun, laughter and joy. Those rooms … and my heart … are now quieter and emptier today. But I can feel his arm around me, him whispering in my ear, “don’t cry little brother, I’m resting comfortably now, just keep on keeping’ on.” I will big brother RIP, Jim Boyd, President and Director, Jay Lloyd Productions.
