A Notice from Abigail 🤍
As a photographer, my priority is to always document your special moments safely and respectfully. I know I can’t say the fear of what some are feeling since I am not a mother myself, I still like to think of each of my clients as family!
While I do not specialize in the newborn or child portrait industry, I do still have clients with little ones in my books! With how rapidly AI technology is changing, I can no longer ignore the growing risks of putting identifiable images of children online. With recent legal rulings highlighting serious gaps of how AI generated images are regulated and making it far too easy for public shared photos of children to be saved, manipulated, and misused without parental consent- I have decided a change needs to be made.
What this means for ADP:
📸 16 & Under Face Privacy- I will no longer publicly share images that are identified as the face as a baby, children or minors under the age of 16 on my business page or social media regardless of signed release forms or parent consent.
🤎 Sessions Unchanged- your session experience will not change! I will still continue to offer small family sessions to capture the memories for new families, newborns and children.
🫶🏻Your Photos are Yours- You will still receive a full gallery and will still have the freedom to save, print, and share your images however you choose! If you have worked with me in the past, you know that your sessions are not posted directly on my social media after your final collection has been sent which allows you to still have the opportunity to share your photos first!
