Ohio is in the path of totality for the upcoming eclipse on April 8. You need a special filter for your camera. DO NOT LOOK through a view finder of your camera at the sun.

Chances are it will be cloudy on that day in Ohio, but I gave my filter a test run this afternoon. You can see some sun spots which are the small black dots. To learn more about the sunspots, visit here: https://www.weather.gov/fsd/sunspots
