Hi! My name is Tim, and I’m the guy who runs Flight 502. I’ve started doing drone photography back in 2020 during the covid lockdown because I was bored and needed a hobby. I decided to fly an old drone I hadn’t used in years and started taking aerial footage of city skylines with it.

That old drone was a good start, but the photos and videos weren’t very high quality so I bought a DJI Mavic - which was a big upgrade!

Soon I was going to pretty much every major city in Michigan (where I’m from) and creating city skyline cuts of Detroit, Grand Rapids, Flint, Port Huron, and other cities. I started my YouTube channel - Skyline Tours - and started expanding to cities beyond Michigan like Charleston (SC), Columbus (OH), and Louisville.

Today, I’m channeling my passion for drone photography and videography into Flight 502. I’m commercially licensed, insured, and ready to help you tackle your next project that only a drone can handle.
