I had rock wrens around me on all my hikes in Nevada that had cliffs/rocks. This little on spent a lot of time at my campsite one night. Pecked around places and found a piece of chip.

Haven't posted as much lately for a number of reasons. One of which is I have to find time to get through the 10's of thousands of images I have. I did transfer some images from this morning to my phone so I could have stuff to share.

So there is this place called Ash Meadows right at the California border. The water is all from geothermal springs so hot water. These fish live there even in the hot water and are know as the rarest fish on earth.

Today I went after a new subject. Did my research on where to find them and here we go....the indigo bunting.
