WOW. What a wedding!! ❤️

Danielle & Mike, where do I even begin?! What an incredible day, filled with so much love, laughter, happy tears, and some seriously amazing energy!

We got lucky with the weather, too! The rain decided to give us a break (thank you, Mother Nature! 🌎), and we had so many beautiful opportunities for photos, from the hotel to the church and all the way to La Bella Vista

But what made this wedding so special wasn’t just the beautiful locations. It was the PEOPLE. The parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, friends… what an amazing bunch of warm, loving, genuinely kind people! From the very beginning, they made me and our entire photo and video crew feel so welcome and appreciated. Honestly, I felt like I’d known this family forever! Some people just have that special way of making you feel right at home, and this family is exactly that. ❤️

And one of my favorite little moments? During dessert, the grandparents were reminded of their own wedding day and shared a sweet treat together, just like two lovebirds all over again. How beautiful is that?! After all those years, still sharing the sweetness of life together. ❤️

And the energy?! Oh boy, that dance floor! 🔥😂

A HUGE shoutout to Trish, Todd, Andrew, and the entire crew at La Bella Vista! You guys are absolutely incredible. The hard work, attention to detail, kindness, and care you put into everything never go unnoticed. It’s always such a pleasure working with you!

I’ve known Ashley for years, back when she was coordinating weddings Joyce Chase Wood and I was running around with my cameras! 📸

Since then, I’ve had the joy of photographing her engagement, wedding, and beautiful family. And yesterday, another little chapter—baby boy on the way! 💙

Ashley you look absolutely beautiful, the light was magical, and New England fall colors were just showing off! 🍂

This is what I love about my job. Watching families grow and being invited back to capture their memories. ❤️ …..& riding perfect light that we all chased after 🤣🤣🤣

First their engagement, then the wedding, maternity photos, and now two little boys and Thor the dog! ❤️ I can’t even tell you how happy it makes me to be invited back into their lives, year after year. To be welcomed into their home, to see their family grow, and to feel like we’re just picking up where we left off. It really means the world to me. 📸

After 20 years of photographing weddings, I thought I’d seen it all… 📸apparently not! 😂 At one point during the reception, I took these two outside for a few photos, and the groom lifted his beautiful bride. Sweet, romantic, we’ve all seen that before! But later that night, SHE LIFTED HIM! 🤣 I honestly couldn’t stop laughing! And the dance floor? Let’s just say nobody was in a hurry to go home! What a fun night with these two and their amazing family and friends! ❤️

I’m always watching for the little moments—the quick glance, the smile, the connection that lasts only a split second. I take lots of photos as a bride walks down the aisle, but in the end, I’m looking for that one tiny moment. Black & white takes away the distractions and brings your attention straight to what matters—the connection between a bride and her dad. 🤍📸✌🏻

Five years ago I photographed their wedding at SAINT CLEMENTS CASTLE & MARINA , and yesterday we got together again at Elizabeth Park Conservancy —this time with two little ones and their pup. ❤️

This is one of the things I love most about what I do… seeing my couples again, watching their families grow, laughing, catching up, and getting to photograph another little piece of their lives.

Beautiful light, big smiles, happy kids, one busy pup… and yes, Polish cookies definitely helped keep those smiles going. 😂❤️ Pretty perfect evening.
