Effective immediately, I will no longer be posting identifying images of children from my photography sessions on my business social media or website.

This decision comes after the recent federal court ruling involving AI-generated child sexual abuse material and the broader reality that once an image of a child is placed on the internet, we no longer have complete control over who can access, save, alter, or misuse it.

As a photographer, I have always considered it a privilege to be trusted with your memories and, especially, with photographing your children. As a mother of three myself, their safety is something I take incredibly seriously.

There are some things that matter more to me than business growth, and protecting children is one of them.

This does not mean I won’t photograph your children. It simply means that their images will remain private unless I have specifically discussed and received permission for a non-identifying use.

I know this may be an unpopular decision, and I know it may not make the most sense from a marketing standpoint. But I am comfortable with that.

Your children’s safety will always matter more to me than my portfolio.

Thank you to every family who trusts me with their memories. Im looking forward to continuing to create beautiful, meaningful images for you.

To my wonderful clients 💛

I wanted to give everyone a quick heads up that I’ll be out of the office enjoying some much-needed vacation time from July 3rd through July 9th.

During this time, responses to messages, gallery deliveries, booking inquiries, and emails will be paused. I’ll be back in Texas on July 9th and will jump right back into work as soon as I’m home, responding to everyone in the order messages were received.
