Dear Clients,
Please forgive me if I get a few days behind. Otis, our studio mascot/therapy pup has just arrived 🥰 We drove all the way to Cincinnati yesterday to pick him up. He’s such a cuddle bug and is already a part of the family. It’s truly like having a newborn again 😂 He needs to potty all the time, can’t be left alone for very long, and needs constant attention. So, please forgive me while I get a routine in place and not so discombobulated LOL!

This is one of my favorite images from this year. It's a common misconception that you should only "buy photos where you're looking at the camera." Instead, how about we choose the ones that make you feel something. That make you say, "wow!" That tell a story. To me, this is the beauty of being a creator and being able to capture a human being in such a beautiful, emotion filled way.

The best part? You would never realize we were dealing with 40-50 mph winds. When I say it was insane, it was INSANE. Aidan was such a trooper for his senior pics. The beach was empty, yeah people don't enjoy being pelted by little shards of sand 😂 But, we pushed through and created some truly magical portraits for him and his family.

Happy 18th Birthday to my little Q-bear. How on earth is my tiny 6lb baby an adult?! I just cannot. Here's another pic from my babies senior session at New Buff. It was a scorcher, but we pushed through.

Kenny, my darling daughter. May this world treat you with the kindness and love that you deserve. I pray doors open that are meant to open, and doors close that are meant to close. You are such a bright spot in my life. I love that you and I giggle and have the same wierd "isms" as me and we have become not only closer, but friends. You will forever be my baby girl. Even when we are both gray and weathered with time, I will still ask you to come let me rock you.

May you paint the earth with all of your magic and heart. Watch out world!

Meet Tyler, one of the nicest guys in the universe and amazing client. He came in last Friday to update his LinkedIN headshots and he showed up dressed for success. Yes, of course I always provide wardrobe guidance, but I would say this guy went above and beyond.

Friends if you:
👉 haven't had an updated headshot in 3+ years
👉 had a major transformation (yes, lets embrace that gorgeous silver hair)

Ella can officially say she has a custom piece of art that no one else in the world has. This is always one of my fav parts of the senior experience; when clients get to select their album covers and design. They get to express themselves, their style, their heart.

Ella’s album was custom designed by me and handcrafted in Portugal to perfection. Featuring a sparkly tan, linen cover with pink guilding.

Ummm, this made my whole darn week! Friends, truth is, even though I have been doing this over 15 years, I still doubt myself. I still think, "I hope my clients love these!!" Honestly, I don't ever think that will go away because I actually care. I want my clients to look at their photographs and be like "Hot damn! Thats me!!" One things for sure, my girl loves her some Starbucks and Jesus so why not combine the two? I cannot believe my own baby girl is a senior this year. She wanted to head up to New Buff for some fun senior pics so that's what we did. We've got a LOT more to share, so I'll just apologize in advance LOL!

With senior and branding/headshot sessions in full swing, I just wanted to give a quick update. As we come into late summer, early fall this is the time of year EVERYONE needs to get their photos in...before the holiday craze sets in.
