Heading to bed realizing I’m using two of the fav gifts I just shared with you 🤣 goodnight, Hyper Minds!

(PS- I KNOW transitioning to sleep can be so hard! Did you know that’s a part of your brain’s wiring too? It’s not anything YOU are doing wrong! But alas, life requires rest, so take some deep breaths, wear the most comfortable PJ’s, and read something you enjoy or listen to a cool but data driven podcast you like (my current favs are “Conspiracy Theories” and “Crime Weekly”) it always helps my mind slow down which helps the sleeping process begin. 💙 )

Hello friends! For those who may be confused, this page was formerly Jena Alviti Photography - I closed my photography business the fall of 2023, and will be converting this page to use for my newest adventure, the Hype Her Mind Podcast! I can't wait to share it with you all and connect with so many of the wonderful humans I met during my years of photograph on a whole new level.
