Back from our October 2026 Silent Retreat & Energy Healing Immersion 🌊
Pure peace 🤍 Simply magical. ✨

We practiced meditation, breathwork, energy healing, noble silence, and journaling. We shared the most incredible meals prepared by Christie Caters / Laura S Christie , thank you Denis Lewis Cormann for the best 🇧🇪 waffles, Miranda Buden for the assistance along the way, we soaked up the warm weather and the sun sparkling on the water, and even saw a whale on our last day 🫠

The energy was instantly flowing within the group, and once again, I am in awe of witnessing the powerful inner transformation we can experience when women support one another. 🤍

Recently, we have learned that a neighbour, father, husband, brother, son, friend and active community member of the New Hartford Fire Department was going through end-stage renal disease and his family needs our support to stay strong during this difficult time.

Please consider sharing, donating and purchasing a t-shirt 💚

Proceeds from all sales will directly go to the Marcus family.
