Connecticut photographer based in New Hartford, CT. Hi, I’m Ali, owner of Allison Photography, LLC. I began my career in photography at a local studio in 2014.

After learning all I could there and through classes at the local community college, I branched out on my own, mainly using friends and family as my subjects. Fast forward a few years and word was spreading and I was starting to get new clients. That’s when I decided it was time to really invest in my career. While I still work a full-time job during the week, photography is my 2nd job. My favorit

e part of capturing special moments, is watching my clients grow through the years. For me, my clients become family in a lot of cases. My style has become a mixture of posed and candid photos, capturing the natural family dynamic at it’s best.

A few weeks ago, Zack reached out to me about photographing his proposal. We coordinated all the details and everything went off without a hitch! Jenna said yes and we got to spend some time in Elizabeth Park on a very hot day capturing their love and joy in the moment. Congratulations Zack & Jenna!

Family of 4, soon to be 5! This weekend I had the sweetest home session with this growing family. We had lots of laughs and smiles and their session flew by!

Capturing Amy and Brandon saying "I Do, again" over Memorial Day weekend was just as special the second time around as it was last year when they eloped. I could not have asked for a better wedding to photograph as my final wedding, despite the rain challenges.

And for those of you wondering, no, I am not giving up photography, just weddings for the foreseeable future.

Little Miss Maggie came into the studio in February and slept through her entire newborn session! She did give us a few little precious smiles in her sleep though ❤

The Spohr family stopped by the studio this month with Derek for his newborn session. Big brother Caleb joined in the fun and showed just how much he loves his little brother!

The Bixby family joined me in the studio in January to welcome the newest addition to the family! While big sis didn't want to sit still, she finally gave in and gave us a few smiles!
