They say without darkness, there can be no light. Some days feel like a neverending pit of darkness. Sometimes, it's even multiple days in a row.
I've been fortunate enough to see the light in the darkness, over and over again. Thanks to the many loved ones in my life, I've truly lived this year. Without the incredible people in my life, none of these things would have been possible. Literally 0.
In 2025 I went on 2 cruises, to 3 different countries, spent time in Georgia twice, Florida, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I've taken in natural wonders like The Northern Lights (more than 5x), the Blood Moon rising, The Milky Way and Meteor Showers. I've seen countless incredible sunrises and sunsets, been to so many parks like Wooster Square in New Haven for the Cherry Blossoms and Elizabeth Park in Hartford for the Roses. I've been to over 17 free shows at Mohegan Sun and saw artists like Mudvayne, Hanson, Paul Anka, James Arthur and Lupe Fiasco. I've seen and photographed so many awesome wild animals from birds, baby birds in nests, rabbits, deer, coyotes, squirrels and caterpillars. I've had some once in a lifetime experiences from finding owls in the woods to surprise fireworks on the beach, swimming with Pigs and Sting Rays in the Bahamas, playing with Squirrel Monkeys in the Dominican Republic.
Words cannot express how full my heart feels. I also cannot possibly post enough photos to cover the whole year. So here's a brief (haha!) recap of my year with some photos! If you were a part of this past year, thank you for being in my life ❤️
