One of my 2027 wedding couples 🥹🤍

Jaime + John brought Pearl along for their engagement session at Harkness, and we wandered through the green paths and wildflowers for the sweetest little evening together. 🌿🌼

There’s something about engagement sessions that makes the wedding feel so much more real, and now I’m even more excited to photograph these two again next year. 🫶🏼

And obviously Pearl understood the assignment. 🐾

Different light creates a completely different story. 🌊

I shot these at Watch Hill during blue hour, after the sun was completely gone. No golden glow, no warm backlight, just that soft, cool coastal light.

At first, these photos were giving me a little imposter syndrome because they felt SO different from the rest of my work. I’ve been editing them for days trying to find the look I wanted.

And now going through the final gallery… I LOVE them. 😭🤍

Sometimes I think as photographers we get so caught up in making everything look “consistent” that we forget different light is supposed to feel different.

Also Instagram… respectfully, we need more than 20 slides because HOW is a girl supposed to choose?! 😂📸

When I say trust the vision… I mean it. 😂📸

Had the idea to bring their invitation suite into the pool for a flat lay and somehow convinced the groom to help me make it happen.

A little rain, a garden hose, and two people completely down for the vision 🌧️🤍

We turned a rainy session into something cinematic, intimate, and just a little wild. These are the kinds of sessions I LIVE for, the ones that feel less like posing and more like a memory unfolding.
