They were so convinced they were having a baby girl, so the shock and happiness on their faces when they saw the blue icing couldn’t have been bigger!

The hardest part about planning a proposal? Keeping it a secret for months.

While you were going about your normal life… They were planning something that would change both of your lives.

Maybe they were hiding messages about it. Maybe they suddenly had a lot of very specific questions about your schedule. Maybe they were acting just a little more suspicious than usual.

They picked the ring. They picked the place. They figured out exactly how to get you there without giving anything away.

And somewhere along the way…they probably thought, “How am I going to pull this off without them finding out?”

Then there’s the moment you’ve replayed in your head a hundred times. They get down on one knee.

And suddenly, all the planning, all the nerves, all the secrets…are worth it.

You might remember what they said. You might not. You might remember what you were wearing. Or the way you laughed because you were so shocked.

But you’ll always want to remember the way you looked at each other right before everything changed.

So if you’re secretly hoping this is the year…I hope you get the kind of proposal you’ll want to relive forever. And maybe i’ll be there... secretly.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. May your BBQ 🍗 be on point, your beer cold, and your drives straight ⛳️.

It’s hard to believe this is Vinnie’s second Father’s Day. I always joke that the day he became a dad was the day he became a golfer. Coincidence? I think not.🤣One day we had a newborn, the next day there were special gloves, golf towels, and a wardrobe just for the course.

But in all seriousness, what I’ve learned watching Vinnie become a dad is that dads do so much more than they’re often given credit for. They’re jungle gyms, snack providers, adventure buddies, shoulder ride experts, bedtime storytellers, and somehow the designated “fun parent” even when they’re enforcing the exact same rules.

Juju absolutely adores her dad. The second he walks through the door, I’m basically old news. Watching their relationship grow over the last two years has been one of my favorite things.

Happy Father’s Day, Vin. Thanks for being the dad who always shows up, always makes her laugh, and somehow convinced yourself that golf is a personality trait. ❤️
