Menes Studios is a New Orleans-based production company dedicated to producing photo and video projects in the N.O. The company was implemented initially in 2008 by it's primary house Photographer Jorge Menes, with extensive experience conceiving, producing, shooting and editing award-winning published projects and assignments. In 2013, Jorge's wife Jhesika Menes absorbed the duty of leading funda

mentals based on her practice for nearly 20 years in the fashion and entertainment industry as a Model and Actress. Her roles as Production Manager and Talent Coordinator reflect her industry experience while her background as a Designer and Chef provides an optimal platform for assisting advertising and culinary arts-based clientele. The company has recently delivered advertising campaigns for Perkins Rowe Shops, Joule Energy, and Tasc Performance. Additionally, Menes Studios has been commissioned by local advertising agencies to source talent and crew for various print, film, and television projects. In 2014, both Jorge and Jhesika were nominated for a Press Club Award (N.O. WHAT WE DO:
- Source models, talent, and production crew for clients.
- Coordinate casting calls and/or present composites to Casting Directors.
- Scout local, regional, and national shoot locations.
- Design and assemble sets.
- Source and provide racing, collector, and vintage automobiles.
- Supply stunt persons and skilled drivers.
- Work closely with Creative AD Teams to lock-down production logistics.
- Modify shot list and call schedule for production.
- Handle rate negotiation and estimates for commissioned services.
- Provide on-set and location production management.
- Streamline work flow in high stress environments.
- Supervise and/or execute goal oriented projects.
- Arrange and organize craft service for talent and crew.
- Deliver timely monetary compensation upon assignment completion.

My old man passed away last week. He was taken way too soon. He was my mentor, a source for inspiration, and one of the toughest men I’ve ever known. I’ll miss him dearly. For those that knew him, and would like to celebrate him, and memorial will be held at the Moore, 5616 Citrus Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70123, tomorrow, 1-5pm. We’ll be smoking Carlton 100s and drinking Jack in his honor. Love you, dad.
