I shot this flick at the 2012 Rock The Bells festival in NJ.
Tommy Tiny Lister aka Debo ran onstage in tears after X’s prayer and they held each other for a minute.
I remember my eyes filling with tears watching everyone around me flooded with emotions as X consoled Tiny Lister.

It was an incredible moment to witness and capture.
This is a perfect example of how vulnerability, honesty and openness doesn’t make anyone less hardcore. DEBO & DMX hugging, crying and consoling each other. It’s beautiful

Thanks for the movies and for the interviews. Thanks for the love you showed your fans. All the photos and drops that people are posting with X today are a great example of how quick he would be to stop for a fan or supporter. He loved us, too.

This is where I live. Teenagers,college students & families really showed out and represented in the cities core today. They marched. They yelled. They got people’s attention.
There were speeches with personal stories and even some history lessons for everyone in attendance.
The organizers did a great job!
