Good Morning! It was incredibly still this morning, with a palpable quiet hanging over the beach until the flock flew in and broke the silence.

Clouds stretched across the horizon and reflected back in the wet sand, giving us a beautiful, heart-expansive start to the day.

Buddy the herring gull was busy getting squeaky clean. Birds know a thing or two about self-care — bathing helps keep their feathers clean and in good condition. Buddy has been looking a little rough so seeing him get squeaky clean was so good to see!

Good Morning! Amazing clouds on the horizon inspiring the imagination to go wild. A hint of cool air, loads of birds and beauty bringing us a lively start to the day.

The chatty flock and pelicans said, "Keep your wings and your heart open. We are a reminder to work together to make the journey a little easier."

Yesterday, lil Poppy who is just over a month old was having so much fun rolling around, popping and snuggling with her mom.

They were joined by 2 other pods! So many dolphins feeding and snuggling. More from them coming soon.
