Portrait of the great Louis Mendes - it was great running into Louis at Grand Central a few weeks ago. The time before I wasn’t carrying my camera to snap his portrait - he’s always ready. I told him that the next time I ran into him I’d take his portrait - so we traded pics. Louis has been in the game for a long time and is dressed to kill. When you see him out there make sure you get your pic taken by him - Polaroid so you’ll walk away with it. &wfilm

Street Portraits - I walked by this restaurant on 8th St and saw the hostess in the canvas vestibule and raised my camera and she struck a pose and I took the first pic through the plastic window. I wanted a couple more and gestured to her to open the door. As she did her manager yells from the background “what are you doing?” And she answered rather excitedly “I’m in a photo shoot!” I was only able to get one more before she rushed back in - didn’t even get her name or info. But, I do know where the restaurant is…
