Last week 14 contracts were signed last week at $4M and above ✨ Up from the previous week’s 11. The top 2 deals were sponsor deals at asking prices above $20M. Downtown apartments have seen more than twice the number of contracts signed over any other area! Check it out! 🏙

Last week in stats for the NYC real estate market. During NYS lockdown, the $4M & above price bracket saw an average of 4 signed
contracts per week. Since we were able to resume showing properties the luxury market has been averaging 11 contacts signed per week. Comparatively, same time last year saw an average of 18 signed contracts over $4M per week. Will be interesting to see how things unfold in the coming weeks...
