Dear Mama,

Never would I ever imagine I would spend only 31 years on this earth with you. That’s literally half of your life. Throughout the years you stayed 10 toes down. Always showed love no matter what. Mostly tough love as I got older. It was a lesson and I get it. Life ain’t fair. Wish you was here to celebrate my .

You called me in 2021 while I was in Cali on the time I was born as you usually do. I was 3 hours behind so I’m glad you left that voicemail for me. It’s a keepsake forever just so I can hear your voice wishing me a happy birthday every year.

Today is another Calendar year for me 🍾 But this year instead of celebrating my I’d rather just celebrate the Mother who gave me a Birthdate.

Opportunities couldn’t have come my way without you bringing me into this world. Appreciate you Ma. Not everyone has a great relationship with theirs but I’m glad she is able to see me add another year onto my Life and continue to build on my success.

Take the best care of yourself. Seeing my mom sick hurts my heart and made me step away from social media and focus on what’s next in life. Sometimes it’s best to step away from it all.
