A little late to posting these, but spring like this doesn’t expire 🌸

Caught this perfect moment in Central Park where the cherry blossoms framed the skyline like it was meant to be. Blue skies, soft light, and that unreal pop of pink everywhere you look. NYC really shows off for a few days and then it’s gone.

Shared this beautiful morning with dodging the crazy crowds!

Caught the Flower Moon at the exact right moment 🌕

Rising right behind One World Trade Center clear just a few minutes before clouds rolled in and covered the skyline.
Miss the timing, and this shot doesn’t happen.

3:45am red moonset in DC… the kind of alarm you regret until the moment everything lines up. Running on barely any sleep, but still showing up because this was my first time capturing the moon over the Capitol building in Washington DC. 🌔

Even better doing it with great friends who made the whole night worth it. These are the moments you don’t skip, no matter how tired you are.

A quiet Sunday night as a razor-thin crescent moon slipped perfectly behind the Statue of Liberty 🌙

The forecast called for clear skies, and the steady air helped keep the delicate curve of the moon crisp as it framed Lady Liberty’s crown and torch with a subtle fiery glow ✨

Moonsets like this leave almost no margin for error. The alignment lasts only moments before the crescent quickly drops toward the horizon, making timing and positioning everything. A short window, a calm night, and a scene that feels almost symbolic against the NYC skyline.

Not every moonrise alignment is razor sharp. From this distance, miles of atmosphere sit between the lens and the skyline, softening details and reducing contrast. Even with perfect focus, the tiny particles in the air and subtle turbulence can take away that crisp edge.

Still, the crescent found its way to the spire of the Empire State Building, glowing through the haze, reminding me that sometimes the moment matters more than absolute sharpness.

Perfect timing, steady air, and a horizon on fire. The sun rose straight behind Great Beds Lighthouse, creating a fleeting moment where everything aligned and the ocean turned molten gold. These are the seconds you chase again and again. ☀️🌞🌅🌤️
