29 was a year of growth, change, and learning to see life differently.✍️
Maybe not how you imagined it, and definitely not when you wanted it to. But it does.
You can love people deeply without losing yourself in the process also take care of your body, and make time for exercise.
When I started taking care of myself for me, everything else slowly started falling into place.
I spent so much time wondering if I was doing life right. Turns out, life gets a lot better when you stop trying to figure everything out.
Some of the things I thought I was “late” for simply weren’t meant for that version of me.
Your friendships, dreams, priorities, style, career, even the person you thought you’d become. Growth sometimes means outgrowing things.
The right people will love the version of you that doesn’t have to pretend.
There will always be another goal, another thing to fix, another place you want to be. Don’t miss where you are now.
Life can change unexpectedly and you never know where life may take the people closest to you or when you’ll get to see them again. Make the time, take the pictures, and don’t take them for granted.
I hope they’re right. But if my 20s taught me anything, it’s that I’m excited to find out for myself. 🤍
