Pt V // I promise I’m almost done with this madness. A few favourite portraits from the day. Honestly, we left Cara with so little time to take our portraits. Pictures are obviously very important to me but when it came down to the day, me and Devon just really prioritized being with our people and enjoying the day with them. We still took a few moments to sneak off on a Vespa to the top of the olive grove hill with a lovely little view of the castle 🤍

PT IV // ceremony + some details of our Tuscan wedding (Maybe if I’m lucky I’ll finish this series before our one year anniversary…)

We had a simple but immensely meaningful ceremony. Our friend Kris from Malta flew in and it made it so special to us. One of the reasons we wanted to have a smaller wedding was because sharing our vows with our family (our ride or dies) and inviting them into our declaration to love and care for each other another was very important to us.

After the ceremony we had a champagne toast and stepped into the apéritif moment. One of my favourite parts of the day. Italians do it right when it comes to meats and cheeses (and pretty much everything food related). Live music played for us and we all mingled while the sun set over the hillside.

Dinner was in the courtyard where we filled the space with vintage lamps and candles. It was all so lovely and charming 🤍
