Saint Mark’s is one of our greatest streets in the Lower East Side of New York City where you can get the most outrageous clothing. This is one of our last surviving stores and this is the only place you can buy platform shoes! That’s the place where I get all my great stuff: my leopard clothing, my shoes. “My friends the gargoyles and I got finally together on the top of Notre Dame. The gargoyles and I are related and I have worn a gargoyle proudly for many, many years on my left shoulder.

The gargoyle is the dark side of my nature that is important for me to own because the dark side is also the power that gives the light side to move.

"All my heroes went, lived or died in Paris… So, when I was 22, I decided to come here to get the essence and the art spirit of the city.

I told my dad I’m leaving for Paris, and he said, “OK, be a man, my son, but I am sure you will be back in a few weeks!”

In fact, I came back to America after a year! And my dad was impressed, but never proud of me in his entire life…”
