We are heading to Nepal and the mighty Himalayas May 3-16. There is a last minute opening. We will be visiting villages in northwest Nepal right next to Tibet. It will involve trekking and sleeping in monasteries along the way. It's a rarely visited area with amazing landscapes and people.

We are planning an expedition to Limi valley in mid May. Limi valley is located in the extreme northwest corner of Nepal up against Tibet. It is a tourist free area of Nepal with the most amazing landscapes. The trip will include some time in Kathmandu to visit the unique monuments there. This journey is extremely photogenic and special. Awe inspiring actually. The trip to Limi valley will be by plane, jeep, horseback with a visit to remote villages, with ancient monasteries high up in the Himalayas. The accommodations while on the expedition will be rustic, no camping, Its a small group.
