(read this story) perhaps my favorite photograph: i prefer to have my photographs remain enigmatic, but i would like to share two details amongst many others why this is my favorite photograph. the clouds have seamlessly mixed with the envelope of fog; along with the eminence of the buildings’ lights, i personally feel an interplay between nature and man’s creation. there is a sense of power that reminds us that our creations are always subject to nature’s unpredictability. yet, we find this manmade light subtly shining on a man as he embraces his woman in the bottom left corner, and so, the love becomes the powerful, overarching attention of this image. beautiful.
