It’s kinda chic right? 15 years of photography.
I was 19 when I started taking pictures.
Back then, I had no idea where it would take me. I definitely didn’t have a plan.
Since then, photography has given me more than I could have imagined: places I never thought I’d see, people I would have probably never met, stories, friendships, publications, failures, unexpected opportunities, and thousands of images in between (raw and edited).
Looking back at these 15 years, I can see how much my work has changed.
And honestly, sometimes I look at my early pictures and think: what the f**k was I doing? 😭
But I guess that’s the point.
You have to start somewhere.
You have to make bad pictures to eventually make better ones.
You have to keep shooting, experimenting, failing, changing your mind.
And I definitely didn’t do it alone.
To everyone who has been part of this journey, whether from near or far, for a moment or for years: thank you.
A special shoutout to the faces who trusted me before I really knew what I was doing, and who allowed me to grow alongside them. Some of you were there at the very beginning, and somehow, all these years later, we’re still creating together. You know who you are. 🥹❤️
15 years later, I still feel like I’m figuring things out.
And maybe that’s exactly why I still love it.
Here’s to every face, every city, every set, every missed shot, every “one more photo”, and every version of myself that picked up a camera along the way.
15 years down. Still not done. 🤍
