Just me and Pete this year.

I am thankful for healed bones. I am thankful for the four walls that surround me, for running water, electricity, and internet. For the clothes and shoes in my closet. For being in awe of the sunrises and sunset each day. I am thankful for vacations and having friends and family to travel with. I am thankful I am able to travel alone. I am thankful for the our dog Kaya, who is always happy, joyful and ready to play. I give thanks for having a job and owning businesses, and for all the jobs before this.

I remember that every inch of the US land was acquired illegally and that I live on the land of Indigenous peoples - the ᏣᎳᎫᏪᏘᏱ Tsalaguwetiyi (Cherokee, East), the Moneton and the S’atsoyaha (Yuchi).
