I'd like to announce the joyful completion of a massive project that I started working on nearly two and half years ago: consulting for and photographing The Blossom Cookbook for Blossom Restaurants here in NYC! We were unbelievably lucky to find a publishing partner in no less than Penguin Random House, one of the largest publishers in the world.
Over the next two years, we meticulously planned, designed recipes, tested recipes (and tested, and re-tested recipes), wrote the accompanying headers and story, and I photographed every single dish. It's been exhausting and stressful, but also incredibly gratifying to see my photos and work begin to coalesce into a physical book. I'm very proud of the end result (as well as the fact that it's an entirely cookbook), and as of April 25th, 2017, it is finally available to the public, available to be ordered at your favorite retailer! I'm credited as both the photographer and an author, and I'd love for you to see what we've created!
