This place would have to be one of the best buffets around. Ever since I’ve been going to Virginia Beach as a little kid in the early 90’s, I would remember coming here and the food was always great. The selection was very diverse and they specialized in all you can eat seafood. Years later and they’re still every bit as they were years before.

Needless to say I definitely recommend going here.

Before leaving I got this shot at night. I’m loving the intense blue from the neon sign. I wish there were good buffets up here in Jersey like this.

Retro hotels just hits different 😌

Everywhere I go, I try to find places that are stuck in the past. These places have so much character and color. I feel like today, in order to appeal to everyone’s preferences, the commercial industry just focuses on neutral colors and thus making us live in a bland color world.

Stumbled across this beauty during my morning walk to catch the sunrise. 🌅 There’s something so timeless about a VW Bus—it feels like it has a story of its own.

Already 2025, which means we’re one step closer to getting back into the summer vibes 😎 like this photo here. Until then, I want to enjoy the winter season. As a kid I use to love winter. Mainly because I just had to worry about playing outside in the snow. As an adult, it’s different because you got to clean the snow and you het stuck with seeing things in a work related way and loose the way we would see things as a kid.

I saw this post the other day that made me view winter in a whole different way. Winter is for recovery and slowing down. I found winter a season that I’ve wanted to skip year after year but after thinking about winter that way, I’ll start enjoying winter again.

Meet Me by the Pier 🌅

2024 is drawing to an end and all I can think about is how much I’ve come to appreciate the simplest of scenes. From the play of lights and shadows to cohesion of colors. Film definitely helped me with that. I know I’ve been super inconsistent this year with posting but sometimes it’s best to just focus on the process and enjoy life’s moments.

After everything I’ve learned this year, I’m excited for 2025. I’ve been planning a project for winter and I hope to start soon. Here’s another frame from my latest 400 roll. It was taken on a family vacation to Virginia Beach on an early morning sunrise. This shot even got a seagull in it in mid flight! Can you spot the seagull? I was really surprised to see that this roll had a lot of keepers and I’m happy to keep sharing with you all.
