Appleの”Shot on iPhone”に自分の写真が選ばれました！世界中のビルボード広告に展開されてます。これはNYのビルボード広告。
2019年夏の‘Shot on iPhone - On Tour’キャンペーンでは、Travis Scott、Tyler, the Creator、Kamasi Washingtonなど16組のアーティストたちのライブやバックステージの様子をiPhoneでフォトグラファーたちが撮影しています。
コンサート・ライブ写真というコマーシャルでもなくアートでもないジャンルの写真をやってると賞みたいなものとは縁遠いのですが、こうやって自分のやってることが評価してもらえて、全世界のビルボード広告になっているのは自信にもなるし、やっててよかった〜と素直に思います。
Green Room FestivalとLiquidroomでライブを行った際に撮影させてもらったLeon Bridgesは、グラミーのR&B賞を獲得した素晴らしいソウルシンガーです。とても気を使ってくれていろんなポーズをしてくれたり、一緒に都内をショッピングで回った時には地元テキサスの話をいろいろしてくれました。誰にでもオススメできるアーティストなのでぜひApple Musicで聞いてみてください!

My picture is selected as Apple’ new campaign ”Shot on iPhone - On Tour. This picture goes around on billboards in the world. This one I post is in 33 street station, NYC.
The campaign features 16 music artists on tour and gives a behind the scenes look at some of today’s most popular artists like Travis Scott, Tyler, the Creator, Kamasi Washington, Chai and many.
As a concert photographer / music photographer, I dont have many chances to get any awards but sometimes it is rewarding for me.
