Pam Y. Rim
A self-taught oil painter based in NYC, Pam draws inspiration from her faith and personal experiences, bringing so much thought and feeling into her work.
Her path to becoming a full-time artist is a unique one. She originally studied engineering and statistics before realizing that path wasn’t right for her and choosing to pursue art instead.
Through years of practice, object studies, and workshops, she developed her skills and eventually found a style that feels distinctly her own.
I absolutely loved meeting Pam and getting to learn more about her, her process, and the meaning behind her beautiful paintings. She is such a talented artist, but just as importantly, she is a genuinely kind and lovely person. It was such a pleasure getting to spend time with her and hear about the heart and faith behind her work.
