Some moments don’t feel real until you’re editing the photos afterward.
Earlier this year, I told Bebe how much she inspired my career. Last month, we talked about the possibility of photographing her one day. Last night, that dream became reality.
I’ve been listening to Bebe since 2013. As a kid, I made fan edits of her music, and for years I admired not only her artistry but the way she has always stayed true to herself.
She’s the reason I’ve been able to do what I’ve always dreamed of. Over the past three years of working with artists, I’ve had the opportunity to create alongside some incredible names in music, some of my favorites, and maybe some of yours too.
To now have the opportunity to photograph my favorite artist is something I’ll never take for granted. It’s a reminder that the dreams you quietly carry with you for years really can become reality.
