We were back at last weekend to try Chef Mincheol Shin‘s new spring menu, and we felt like we were eating art! Everything was visually stunning and delicious, and we kept getting excited for the next plate — it was thrilling. The space inself is open and calming and almost invites slow living, which was perfect for the 8-course tasting dinner that we did. They also have a composed lunch set and an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner if you want something different. And they’re serving new spring cocktails, and for my girlies, you absolutely have to order the Frontman Martini because it’s topped with the most luscious dalgona cream — you won’t regret it!

I’ve been to Amsterdam a few times, but I have to admit, last year’s trip in May with the family was my favorite by a mile. We had the most amazing summertime weather and it seemed like the whole city was celebrating it outside, on the boats, by the canals, sitting on the steps, and it was so beautiful. I often like a city with moody weather, but damn, Amsterdam was absolutely glorious in the warm sunshine.

We stumbled on one of the most photogenic village in Provence by chance because we kept driving through it. Nobody told us about it, no one recommended it, we didn’t find it on social media, and maybe because it was small but to be honest, it was nice to just explore it without any preconceived expectations. We spent about 2 hours wandering here, just before the sunset and I think that’s why this tiny provençal village of Lauris will always be special and magical to us đŸ«¶đŸŒ

If you ever need a reminder that New York City can be genuinely, quietly beautiful — this is it. Our morning walks for school drop-offs through Brooklyn Heights right now feels like walking through a painting
here, in the late spring, nature does its absolute most — the trees have that lush, almost-canopy thing going on, there are flowers spilling off stoops, and the brownstones posing like they’re waiting to be photographed. Brooklyn Heights in May is peak everything, and it’s a whole mood 🌿

Back at one of our absolute favorite restaurants in NYC, , and they’ve just launched Cheeky Hour (daily 12–5pm in NoHo, 12-6pm in Williamsburg) which is a seafood-forward happy hour — $45 seafood tower, $14 cocktails, $12 wine.

It’s giving elevated Thai coastal brunch energy and we are fully here for it — honestly, this might be the best deal in the city right now! We followed it with the steamed whole branzino with Thai herbs because it’s our favorite dish here which we keep coming back for. Zero notes.

has been on my list forever and we finally went! Tucked inside a landmarked townhouse on West 10th, you’ve definitely walked past it many, many times and may or may not have noticed it. That dining room though
exposed brick, checkerboard tile tables, wooden beams — so cozy, co charming, so warm and inviting. They also have a chic and elegant upstairs space and a garden patio that that you can reserve for private events.
