Randy Soo Hoo Photography http://www.randysoohoo.wix.com/photography Christmas 2009. That's where it all started. I was in no way an expert right away. Emotion.

My best friend Jones saw my potential and got me a Canon 300D and an 18-55mm kit lens. My pictures were out of focus, composition was horrible, and were sometimes too dark... but what was captured in the photograph was what counted. I was able to see beyond the surface and into what really mattered. I was able to make a photograph talk to whomever looked at it. Through the years, I learned the rules of photography. This allowed my photographs to convey their message loud and clear. Armed with a Canon 60D and a Tamron 28-75mm F/2.8 as my primary lens, I have captured memories of communions, mother's-to-be, and recitals, just to name a few. I pride myself on being able to shoot all different types of photography from intimate family moments and joyous celebrations to out of the box portraits and street photography. I am looking forward to what the future holds for me in the world of photography. I hope that I can continue to capture the special moments of friends, family and anyone else I encounter.
