I just spent a chunk of time this spring doing wildlife tracking certifications in grizzly territory with Swan Valley Connections, Sage Raymond, Luke Lamar, Rob Shoemaker, Joseph Litke, Nyn Tomkins and others. Distinguishing grizzly bear and black bear tracks and sign can be quite challenging at times. I put together a comprehensive post on Patreon about how to distinguish the tracks and sign of these two species.
