3:00 AM, our security monitors caught something that made our hearts stop. This 5-year-old managed to wander out onto the front porch in a deep sleep.
You can hear the absolute terror in our operators' voices as he gets closer and closer to the steep porch stairs. One wrong step, and this would have been a tragedy. 🛑
It’s a terrifying reminder for all parents—sleepwalking is real, and it’s dangerous. We immediately dispatched a patrol unit to wake the parents and get him safely back inside.
Thank God for the quick eyes of our night shift team. Please, if you have little ones, consider extra locks or door alarms. This could happen to anyone. 🙏
