Golden Heat is for the woman who spent years hiding.

Not physically.

Emotionally.

The woman who learned to make herself smaller.

Quieter.

Less demanding.

Less visible.

The woman who became so focused on taking care of everyone else that she forgot to take care of herself.

The woman who is ready to be seen.

The women who walk into my studio feeling ready are rare.

Most of the women who need this experience the most are the ones convinced they should wait.
