This is pretty much how I’ve felt all weekend 😵‍💫😂

We had graduations, a retirement party, and a 2-day long soccer tournament this weekend and I feel like I was held upside all weekend too 😂

We are so proud of my little one for stepping out of her comfort zone this year and playing a new sport. She did so well, made new friends, and even earned the Sportsmanship Award at the end of the tournament. Despite all of the running around, and I know I say this all the time, but this era of our lives is truly truly my favorite… 🫶🏻🫶🏻

This session is from 2024, and it’s still one of my favorite sessions. I adore the outfits, and how willing these older boys were to participate in the session. (Any photographer or mom knows how hard it is to get any older children, ESP boys, to do this 😂).

The colors, the sunset, the whole vibe of this session was 🤌🏻

Dr Yarden owns Theralete PT and rents space inside and is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach. At Theralete, they work with high level athletes to rehabilitate them with individualized 1:1 attention following an injury.
