This is just a hint (shot of the back of my camera) of how much fun and creativity and energy surrounded us at the Promoting Passion Conference 2025. Yes, those are amazing models and covered in clay and leaves for the workshop with (smiling up from the fray). I’ll share more once I have a moment - it has been an action packed and very fulfilling week.

Final day in Edinburgh: lovely views from Princes Street and the gardens on our route to the very quaint Dean Village We’ll miss the delicious breakfasts and funky decor that we experienced all across the country. On the plane we had a gin “cheers” and enjoyed a great movie about a Vogue WWII photographer called “Lee”. Until we meet again, Scotland! #❤️scotland

Edinburgh Castle and Calton Hill and the views! Looking across from Calton Hill you can see Salisbury Crags (our morning hike).

We started the day with a great view of Edinburgh (and by the end of the day we were looking back over to the Crags) We skipped the more populated Arthur’s Seat and instead hiked up From there we had an excellent view of the castle and palace. Next we went to Palace of Hollyroodhouse (the official residence of the monarchy of Scotland so no pictures inside). The Hollyrood Abbey from 1128 is still attached but crumbling - a photographers delight! Later we had a 2pm time slot for Edinburgh Castle (Crazy amount of people there! If you need a time slot to visit I would suggest the opening time.) and ended with an after dinner walk to Carlton Hill.
