This property was photographed using both natural and artificial light to artistically create clean and crisp images that are true to life. Using this technique allows for overall balanced photos with real colors, no dark spots, no blue color casts on wood floors or cabinets, and no yellow walls, which are all too common with the dated HDR blending techniques often found in Real Estate photography.

Originally built in 1959 and completely renovated in 2010 by architect Mark Pisani.

Check out this cool feature on Fox 11 News LA of The Historic Chimorro House which I recently shot for Leonard Rabinowitz and Jack Friedkin of Hilton & Hyland.

The estate was designed by renowned architect Roy Seldon Price with a 21st century restoration by the fame duo of Tichenor & Thorp.

It was a joy photographing the unique aesthetics of this classic Beverly Hills home.
