I’ve become really fond of documenting the small, intimate nuances of a wedding day. There’s something really beautiful about capturing these kinds of moments on days that are full of big ones with an audience. Don’t get me wrong, I’m here for the big moments but I’ll always love the slower & in a sense smaller ones just the same.

introducing the Rothwell’s!! 🕊🫶🏼

Grace & Cody’s wedding this past weekend was my last one of the 2022 season and it was a great note to end on! Despite the rain, snow, car accidents, and freezing temperatures it was a beautiful day and an honor to document. I’m so sad to see 2022 go as it was a pivotal year for my business in multiple ways but simultaneously I’m so excited for what the 2023 season holds!:)

hiii!!! It’s been a second since I’ve shown my face on my feed so thought I’d say hi and tell you a little bit more about myself;)

my name is chloe (Elizabeth is my middle name) and I’m an Ohio wedding photographer. ever since I was in middle school I’ve really had this fascination with photography as an art form. The fact that I get to do it for my job is something I’ll never take for granted! A few things about me…

1. BIG neutrals girl. To the point where I think I’m just honestly afraid of colors and not being able to style them whether that’s clothes, decor, etc

2. I studied fashion business in college hoping to go the fashion photography route but quickly realized I wanted to work in the industry in a way that I could develop lasting relationships with my clients and capture raw + authentic moments

3. I’ve recently been LOVING listening to and some other podcasts while I’m driving

4. One of my favorite ways to kinda get out of my head is lift or go for a prayer walk by myself

5. My close friend (who took these photos of me) is a wedding videographer and we love to work and be silly together (see last two photos for reference)

This job is crazy sometimes. Sometimes two strangers from Connecticut reach out to you about photographing their destination wedding in Vermont. Getting to create and document in a place as beautiful as Vermont with a couple as wonderful as Megan + Hunter was a photographer’s dream. Forever grateful that this job takes me to places like this to work with people like them 🖤🖤
