Newport adventure photographer Alexander “Sandy” Nesbitt shoots adventurous travel, outdoor lifestyle, commercial, and fine art images. Sandy is from Newport, RI – where he has based his gallery for fine art prints, his working studio, and entire stock image library since 1998. He has been satisfying clients’ needs for technical, mobile and remote location photography both here and abroad for more

than a decade. Recognized for an ability to hold a specific message in mind while shooting yet keeping his images remarkably authentic. Sandy produces uniquely on target images from real life situations around him. Grounded on his technical and artistic training at Pratt Institute, his work has evolved through wide ranging documentary, artistic, journalistic, and commercial assignments. Initially he was inspired by the harsh, vibrant world around his apartment in New York’s late 80′s lower east side and the street photography of Pratt professor Philip Perkis. Sandy then dove into shooting, producing a visceral collection of black and white work. In time this lead to a documentary shooting workshop with Mary Ellen Mark. From there he taught himself the realities of difficult photojournalism on a multiyear personal project in the City of the Dead in Cairo, Egypt. An accomplished professional photographer, Sandy is ready to put his world travel skills and vibrant sense of authenticity to work on your advertising and editorial projects.

For the photogs those are twin “64 epson p20000s. Not the newest model but the make insanely nice prints plus we like the size and having matte and gloss black both available.
