We're on the downhill slope of our 14 day quarantine. 14 days. That's not a long time in the grand scheme of things, right?... but when you're coming off of a 3 month stay at home order and you throw children into the mix, it feels like an eternity. I'm not great when it comes to words, so I photograph. While I'm still growing as a photographer, I hope that one day my children will look back at these images, and they won't need words (or at least not many.) These images are for my babies. I want them to know how hard Miles and I strived to keep life "normal" during this Pandemic. I want them to know that while we so desperately wanted things to go back to normal, we also understood the importance of the rules that were set in place. But most of all, I want them to know that we did not take this time together for granted.

My Alaskan born baby has been a sweaty mess since we arrived in Hawaii! He spent a good half an hour playing in the cool relief of the rain on Wednesday- that is a quarantine mom win!
