We spent the morning in the flower gardens Rose Farm- literally the most perfect place to celebrate the most perfect little tulip being in the world now. We hung out for almost the entire day just documenting all the best parts of life right now for this family. I can’t wait to share pt. II with you guys, Melina’s nursery and Vel + Emir snuggled up at home with their new babe is equally as beautiful as these moments in the garden!! Pt II coming tomorrow!

this one is for the dads. The dads that stood up, even when it was hard. The dads that pressed on even when it looked impossible. The dads that take care of mom. The dads that stepped out of boyhood and stepped into fatherhood. The dads that look to God for their strength. The dads that protect + defend.

I know it’s not easy for anyone, but especially dads, to step in front of the camera to document memories and connection because it feels so vulnerable. But, when you’re not here anymore one day, how amazing is it that your kids and grandkids will hold on to these images and remember the good old days gone by?

This was Jake + Luci’s first ever photoshoot AND their very first baby 🥹 We beat the evening heat and decided to just shoot in the morning, dodged poisonous flowers, played tag, yapped, and had literally the best time ever. AND this exhausted 33 week-along mama didn’t even have to find a dress to wear because I brought one of my client closet gowns along with me for her to use- and she totally ROCKED it!! I’m obsessed with them and can’t wait to document the next year of their lives together in this new season!!!!

If you’re expecting a little one and weren’t sure if you should book a maternity sesh- this is your sign 🤩
